The manage money options are listed on the Money > Bank accounts menu and can be used for each bank account you have created within Clear Books. 



Once you click on either the 'Money in', 'Money out' or 'Transfer' links you will be required to fill in a form to enter the date amount and description of the payment. 


Clicking on the 'Explain' button will take you to the explain screen where you will be able to select a contact, account code, VAT rate, etc. You can learn more about explaining transactions on the bank explain screen in the link below.
